All testing is done by a nationally known and accredited laboratory.

Each kit has a serial number, which is matched to the customer's name in our database. If the kit is damaged or destroyed during shipping, we will will send you another kit upon the return of the original.

Your invoice will contain the following disclaimers:

  1. I understand that the Home DNA test is not Admissible in Court due to the lack of chain of custody and identification documentation.

  2. All testing is done by a nationally known and accredited laboratory.   3. The home DNA test kit will be shipped to you by a traceable method. There are no refunds once the kit has been shipped. If the kit is damaged or destroyed, we will ship you another kit upon the return of the original kit.

If you decide that you made a mistake purchasing the kit, you may return it within 3 days (postmarked) for a complete refund less all shipping and handling charges. After the 3 day time period, there are no refunds. We do this to keep the cost down!
